Julie Ramirez

Julie Ann Ramirez was born on November 12, 1957 in San Diego, California.  Her parents were the late Cleo and Crystal Burnette.  Julie was Baptized in June of 1968 at the Amherst Baptist Church and graduated from the Crawford High School with the class of 1976 in San Diego, California.  She continued her education, became a Licensed Practical Nurse and was employed at Grossmont Hospital in San Diego.   

Julie was married to Bill Stryker.  They made their home in San Antonio, Texas where Julie was employed as a private nurse.  Their marriage was blessed with 2 children, Kristi and Denise.  Julie then married Calvin Richard as they made their home in North Caroline.  They were married for 10 years and Calvin passed away.  

On February 10, 2018 Julie was united in marriage with Lorenzo Ramirez in San Antonio, Texas.  In the midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic Julie and Lorenzo made their home in Perham, Minnesota.  Julie enjoyed beadwork, crocheting, cooking and spending time with family and friends.  

On May 31, 2021 Julie passed away at her home in Perham, Minnesota at 63 years of age.  She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.   

Julie is survived by her husband, Lorenzo Ramirez of Perham; daughters: Kristi Stryker and Denise Bryant; grandchildren: Sofia and Wesley; God Child, Imogen Grace Kenyon Woessner and the entire McGowan Family.
