Joseph "JoJo" Olson

Joseph Henry Olson was born August 28, 1954 in Fargo, North Dakota.  His parents were the late Joseph T. and Francis (Michaels) Olson. Joe grew up in Fargo, North Dakota and was employed at the FMC in Fridley, Minneapolis and Almora. 

Joseph was united in marriage to Sandy Kay Taylor on September 18, 1982. Since 2000, they made their home on Highway 29 where they operated J&S Sales. Joe enjoyed buying, fixing, and selling cars, trucks, and motorcycles.

Joe loved riding motorcycles, cars, just basically going fast.  He enjoyed hunting and fishing, especially during the winter ice fishing for walleyes. 

 On August 2, 2020, JoJo passed away unexpectedly at his home in Henning at the age of 65. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends. 

Joseph is survived by his loving wife Sandy;  his sons: Joseph (Christina) Olson Jr. of Henning, Jerry (Courtney) Olson of Henning, and Dale Olson of Long Prairie; granddaughter, Haili Olson; many other relatives and a host of friends. 

A Celebration of Life will take place for JoJo on Saturday, August 8, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at the Olson residence.
