Kobe Marcell

Kobe Eugene Marcell was born on June 5, 2000 in Perham, Minnesota. He was baptized at Trinity Lutheran Church and attended high school in New York Mills.  Kobe was a vastly loved son, brother, grandson and uncle. He was so kind-hearted and had such a gentle soul.  He had more talent in his little finger than most do in their whole body.  He loved drawing, hunting, fishing and animals. Kobe was naturally gifted at any sport or project he tried or put his mind too.  This exceptionally good-looking young man will leave a void in the hearts of everyone he knew, bigger that he will ever know!

On May 5, 2019 Kobe passed away surrounded by his loving family at North Memorial Hospital in Robbinsdale, Minnesota at 18 years of age.  He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.  Preceding him in death were his great-grandparents, Eugene and Delores Dertinger; grandpa, Doug Weller; grandpa, Richard Burnette.

Kobe is survived by his parents Amanda and Chad Weller; sister: Summer Marcell; brother: Zander Puckett; niece: Delores Perry; grandparents: Lenny and Barb Puckett; Janeen Weller; and Nina Burnette; uncle and godfather: Nathan Puckett (Kaden); aunt: Jessica and Bryce Lofgren (Kolston, Karsyn and Kaesyn); uncle: Jeramie and Kristen Weller (Jackson and Nolan); uncle: Chris Burnette; godparents: Paul and Judy Stoltz; father: Michael Marcell; many other relatives and friends.
